The California Dairy-to-Go competition challenged professional chefs to create new, creative “to-go” or delivery-focused dishes highlighting Real California cheeses and dairy products. Discover creative entrées, hand-held dishes and more featuring the best of California-made dairy products as the key ingredient.
Recipe books, which are created for some of the culinary competitions, are available to view and download. The recipes not only provide innovative takes on everyday menu items, such as pizza and Italian cuisine, there are also new ideas on using dairy ingredients in the dishes.
